Bringing one local brand together across products, content, and three cities.

Three Rivers Dispensary needed a digital experience that could serve customers across multiple Colorado locations while preserving the personality of an independent, locally rooted brand.
The website had to communicate more than products alone. Visitors needed to understand the people behind the business, how products move from cultivation to retail, the available strain selection, current recreational deals, live menu access, customer experiences, and practical store information without the site feeling fragmented or difficult to navigate.

The website was organized around a simple customer journey: discover the brand, understand how products are grown, explore strains and offers, check live inventory, compare options, and find the most convenient store.
A recognizable blue-and-green visual system, organic photography, and bold editorial typography give the brand a distinctive local personality. Structured strain listings create an educational browsing experience, recreational deals are grouped for fast scanning, and location-specific menu pages connect product discovery directly to current inventory.
Brand storytelling, cultivation transparency, customer reviews, and centralized store information work together so each part of the experience reinforces the same message of local ownership, product knowledge, and approachable service.

The Approach

The Outcome

The finished experience gives Three Rivers Dispensary one connected digital system for brand storytelling, product education, cultivation transparency, promotions, inventory discovery, customer proof, and multi-location information.
Visitors can move naturally from learning about the company and its products to exploring strains, finding current offers, checking live menus, and choosing among Denver, Pueblo, and Pueblo West locations. The result is a more cohesive retail journey that preserves the individuality of the brand while making practical shopping information easier to find.
